How to redeem your reward points on SBI Pulse Credit card?

  • Redeem the Reward Points earned against various options such as electronics, homeware, clothing, books, hotel bookings, a variety of shopping vouchers, etc., after logging into the internet banking account or YONO mobile app.
  • The reward points can also be redeemed against the statement balance, i.e., you can get them converted into cash.
  • 1 RP = ₹ 0.25.
  • A reward redemption fee of ₹ 99 is applicable, this fee will only be applicable on physically shipped products and credit statements.
  • Unless otherwise noted by the bank, all your reward points will expire 24 months after they are earned.

How to Apply for the SBI Pulse Credit Card

SBI Card allows its customers to apply for SBI Pulse Card either online or offline.

Offline:

If the customer wants to apply for the credit card offline, he has to visit his nearest SBI branch with all the required documents and fill up the physical application form.

Online:

If the customer wants to apply for this card online, he has to follow the following simple steps step by step-

Step 1) Visit the official website of SBI Card.

Step 2) You will see the ‘Apply’ section and you should click on ‘Apply Now’.

Step 3) Select ‘SBI Card Pulse’ and once again click on ‘Apply Now’.

Step 4) Fill in all the required information, complete all the formalities, and then click on proceed.

What is FlexiPay?

Flexipay is a service that allows SBI credit cardholders to convert retail purchases into EMIs. The service is available for purchases made using the SBI credit card. The total amount of the transactions converted to EMIs must be greater than ₹ 2,500.

Can the add-on card holder avail of the flexiPay or the easy money service?

No, SBI add-on cardholders are not eligible for the Flexipay service. Flexipay is only available for primary SBI credit cardholders.

What is the grace period on SBI Card PULSE?

The interest-free grace period on your SBI Card PULSE is b/w 20 to 50 days. This means that no interest is applicable on your outstanding amount from the statement date to the next 20 to 50 days. One can continue to enjoy it when he pays bills on time.

What is the minimum credit limit one can get on a SBI Card PULSE?

The credit limit range usually allowed on the SBI Card PULSE is a min. of ₹ 40,000 and a max. of ₹ 10 Lakhs.

What is the PULSE protection plan on the SBI Card PULSE Credit Card?

You get a complimentary insurance cover of ₹ 1 lakh on any financial loss caused due to fraudulent transactions on your SBI Card Pulse. On availing of the ‘Balance Transfer on EMI’ facility, can the user repay the amount before the EMI tenure ends?

Yes, one can repay the amount before the EMI tenure ends. However, a charge of 3% on the outstanding principal + GST will be applicable.

How much money can be availed using the ‘Easy Money’ facility?

A minimum amount of ₹ 5000 and a maximum of up to 75% of the available cash limit can be availed using the ‘Easy Money’ facility.
